Engaging, comprehensive NaviPlan training

The eLearning Classroom is the new home for essential NaviPlan® training. Go from beginner to expert with interactive courses designed to maximize your knowledge of the application.

Courses can be accessed from any computer at any time, allowing you to train at your own pace. The platform features engaging exercises and videos and is free for all current U.S. non-enterprise NaviPlan users.

  1. Strategic implementation – A designated project manager works with you to develop a strategy for implementation and product configuration based on your practice. Working together through all phases of the setup process helps ensure future success and can get you up and running in as little as one week.
  2. Virtual lab training – Virtual lab classroom and webinar sessions are interactive ways for our expert product trainers to equip you with best practices for using our technology. These online options are instructor-led to maximize your learning through direct instruction, demonstrations and interaction with other participants.
  3. Continuous education – Our applications offer a Learning Center full of videos, instructional guides and functional documents that allow you to further engage with the newest product features and benefits. Available to all Advicent customers, this free tool is updated regularly to help you stay on top of the latest features so that you can better serve your clients. We also offer free Take Action Webinars to all customers.
  4. Ongoing support - Our goal is to help you drive results with our tools from the time you start your training throughout our partnership. Our dedicated customer support team is available to you Monday – Friday to answer those “How do I..?” questions and assist with any other technical or functional inquires you may have. Our case tracking system keeps you up to date until an issue is resolved to ensure your best overall support experience.
