Cancellation of Registration for Live Web Based Training

Customer shall notify Advicent Solutions of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting their project manager. In the event Customer notifies Advicent Solutions of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant's attendance at Advicent Solutions™ Training less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall be rescheduled for the next available regularly scheduled session. Advicent Solutions reserves the right to assess a penalty for Customers that repeatedly cancel within the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window.

Advicent Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Advicent Solutions will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of scheduling. In the event Advicent Solutions notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Advicent Solutions Training less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Advicent Solutions shall schedule a make-up training session for the next possible date.
Cancellation of Client Facing Webinar

Customer shall notify Advicent Solutions of any attendee cancellation, in whole or in part, or intent to reschedule training for their clients by contacting their training coordinator. In the event Customer notifies Advicent Solutions of its intent to cancel or reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date training is originally scheduled to begin, Customer shall be rescheduled for the next available regularly scheduled session and Customer shall pay Advicent Solutions a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the total fees associated with the scheduled training session that has been canceled or rescheduled.

Advicent Solutions will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of registration. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Advicent Solutions shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Advicent Solutions or shall issue a credit, at Customer's option.
Cancellation of Onsite Training at Advicent Solutions

Customer shall notify Advicent Solutions of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting Partner Support at support@advicentsolutions.com or 866-499-9283. In the event Customer notifies Advicent Solutions of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant's attendance at a training session scheduled at Advicent Solutions offices less than ten (10) business days business prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall pay Advicent Solutions a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the total fees associated with the originally scheduled training session. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Advicent Solutions shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Advicent Solutions, less the cancellation fees due, or shall issue a credit, at Customer's option.

Advicent Solutions will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of registration. In the event Advicent Solutions notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Advicent Solutions Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Advicent Solutions shall reimburse Customer only for any change fees associated with re-booking airline tickets incurred by Customer for employees scheduled to attend training. Advicent Solutions obligation to reimburse Customer for change fees shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200) per Customer employee. In the event Customer has submitted payment for training fees, Advicent Solutions shall promptly refund all training fees paid to Advicent Solutions or shall issue a credit, at Customer's option.
Cancellation of Training at Customer Location

Customer shall notify Advicent Solutions of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by contacting their project manager. In the event Customer notifies Advicent Solutions of its intent to cancel or reschedule a registrant's attendance at Advicent Solutions Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Customer shall reimburse Advicent Solutions in an amount equal to any nonrefundable travel expenses incurred by Advicent Solutions.

Advicent Solutions will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of scheduling. In the event Advicent Solutions notifies registrants of its intent to cancel or reschedule Advicent Solutions Training less than ten (10) business days prior to the date training is scheduled to begin, Advicent Solutions shall reimburse Customer only for any change fees associated with re-booking airline tickets incurred by Customer for employees scheduled to attend training. Advicent Solutions obligation to reimburse Customer for change fees shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200) per Customer employee.
